A lot of our clients have worked with our competitors who have been around for a good 20 years. With us, they have benefited in terms of price point to value and quality, and have never returned to our competitors. The reason they stay with us is that they continue to benefit year after year.
In less than a decade, we have made a huge impact on our industry. For example, we have clients who wanted to go from 20-30 conferences per year, in 2012, to 150 events per year by 2019. We achieved this target by providing a lot more than contact discovery. The same success was repeated in 2019 for Bloomberg, where we researched and confirmed attendance for a large event, on a very short deadline.
With our efforts, our client’s business increased, besides helping them to reduce their team size, effort, salaries, and infrastructure costs. As of 2020, these clients have scaled up their targets by at least 4 times, thanks to our qualitative and quantitative data. We have enabled around 70% growth for our long term clients, thereby enabling our clients and our team to grow simultaneously.
